With 24-hour advance notice, orders can be picked up at our Lockport, Illinois Distribution Center, Sparks, Nevada, Distribution Center, or Atlanta, Georgia, Distribution Center. These facilities cannot accept cash, please make payment arrangements in advance.
We can drop ship & send blind shipments upon request. Please indicate your request in the comment section of your online order or mention your request to a customer care advocate when ordering by phone.

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold placed on a credit card that reserves funds for a future payment transaction. A pre-authorization lasts seven days. During the pre-authorization hold period, the funds are not available to the account holder. However, no money has been debited in the pre-authorization, the funds are simply reserved. When an order ships, payment is finalized, and funds are captured and converted to a charge against the account. If your order is cancelled before shipments are made against the order, the pre-authorization will expire, and funds will not be collected.
Shipping charges will be added to your invoice. These charges are based on packaging, shipping weight (product weight & dimension weight), destination address and method of shipment. Due to inherent variances in order size and carrier fees we are not able to publish shipping rates.
All returns must be pre-authorized by us in our sole and absolute discretion. To request a return, You must get a Return Authorization number (“RA Number”) within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We will not accept unauthorized returns without an RA Number, and returns shipped freight collect or COD will be refused. The RA Number must be clearly visible on all packages being returned.

Some products require specialized packaging that prevents vapor from escaping or oxygen from entering the container. There are a variety of options from glass to metal or high-performance plastic barrier containers – or you can consider fluorination. Fluorination allows you to use a lighter weight and more affordable plastic container where it may otherwise not be possible. Learn more here. Fluorination provides a chemical barrier to a pre-produced container. Containers are exposed to fluorine atoms under highly controlled conditions of time, temperature and pressure. This process allows the fluorine gas to bond to the container’s surface resulting in smaller pores and permeation rates. Fluorination of a container is permanent and the container will not lose these properties. In other words, fluorination does not “expire.”

Items that are in stock typically ship within 24 hours. Transit time will vary by destination and transportation method.
Items that have been used, filled or altered in anyway are not eligible for return. Special orders, custom molds, custom labels, decorated products, and other items as specified by us are not returnable.
Upon receipt of your eligible return, the purchase price of the merchandise will be refunded. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

After submitting your order your labels should arrive within 7-10 business days. If multiple products are ordered, labels will ship separately.

Yes. Orders shipping internationally require a minimum merchandise purchase of $100. All international orders require a certified cashiers check drawn on a US bank in US dollars or electronic fund transfer before product will ship (credit cards & money orders are not accepted). Freight charges are calculated at time of shipment. Please read our shipping & handling and international articles for more information on freight charges. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and customs laws in destination country.
The containers will arrive undecorated and labels will be shipped to you separately.
